Refund & Return

All order that has been marked shipped will only be refunded after the order has been returned by the client to our return address.

All customer need to have the authorization from our customer service before any return as they need a return number before refund or exchange will be processed.

failure to contact customer service before return attract a 5% or $5 whichever is superior as restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: The package in which the product were delivered MUST be UNOPENED to receive a refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us a video asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
